Abstract

MynForge is a decentralized token launchpad built on BNB Chain that leverages AI-driven project evaluation to eliminate the information asymmetry inherent in traditional IDO platforms. Unlike incumbent launchpads where listing decisions are made by centralized committees susceptible to conflicts of interest, MynForge's AI Score Engine provides an objective, on-chain-verifiable evaluation of every project across 40+ quantitative signals.

The protocol introduces a novel Proof-of-Signal mechanism where staked MYN token holders earn allocation rights proportional to their stake tier, and a transparent tier system where larger allocations are mathematically guaranteed—not at the discretion of administrators. All fundraising, vesting, and token distribution occurs through audited smart contracts deployed on BNB Chain.

Problem Statement

The current Web3 fundraising landscape suffers from three systemic failures:

1. Pay-to-List Corruption

Most launchpads charge project teams $50k–$500k in listing fees, creating a perverse incentive where financially committed projects—not necessarily quality ones—get listed. This shifts the selection criterion from merit to capital, filtering out underfunded but technically superior teams.

2. Opaque Allocation

Private rounds are frequently allocated to a small circle of VCs and insiders at steep discounts before public investors ever see the opportunity. Public sales are either whittled down to negligible sizes or over-subscribed within seconds via automated bots, leaving retail participants with near-zero allocation.

3. Retail Information Deficit

Individual investors lack the resources to conduct proper due diligence. Audits are often self-commissioned, team backgrounds are unverified, tokenomics are engineered to look favorable, and the only available analysis is paid promotional content dressed as research.

Solution Overview

MynForge addresses each failure point with a distinct protocol layer:

Zero Listing Fee Model

Projects apply through a permissionless on-chain form and pay only a nominal spam-prevention deposit (refundable upon launch). Revenue is generated through a small protocol fee on successful raises (2.5%), aligning incentives: MynForge only earns if the IDO succeeds.

Tiered Guaranteed Allocations

MYN stakers earn deterministic allocation rights. Gold and Diamond tier holders receive guaranteed allocations sized proportionally to their tier multiplier—no lottery, no bots, no favoritism. Bronze and Silver holders participate in a weighted lottery.

AI-First Due Diligence

Every listed project receives an AI Score (0–100) generated by our ML pipeline. The score, all input signals, and the model weights are published on-chain so any holder can verify the computation. Projects below 60 are automatically disqualified.

Architecture

MynForge is composed of four independent smart contract modules and an off-chain AI computation layer that submits results via oracle:

Layer 1 — AI Score Engine
Off-chain ML pipeline analyzing 40+ signals. Results committed to chain via Chainlink oracle with ECDSA signature from verified computation node.
Layer 2 — IDO Contract
Handles whitelist registration, KYC attestation, contribution acceptance, and automatic refund if soft cap is not reached within deadline.
Layer 3 — Vesting Vault
Time-locked ERC-20 vault with linear and cliff vesting schedules. Vesting parameters are set per-IDO and cannot be modified after raise ends.
Layer 4 — Staking Module
MYN staking contract managing tier calculation, APR distribution, and allocation power. Supports flexible and time-locked positions.

AI Score Engine

The AI Score is a composite score ranging from 0 to 100 computed across five primary dimensions, each weighted by empirical correlation with 24-month post-IDO performance outcomes across a dataset of 1,200+ historical launches:

  • Team (25%): LinkedIn seniority, GitHub commit history, prior successful exits, doxxed/KYC status, prior protocol track record
  • Tokenomics (25%): Supply distribution, vesting cliff analysis, inflation schedule, FDV vs. comparable projects, insider allocation ratio
  • Technology (20%): GitHub activity, smart contract audit status, testnet deployment, code coverage, dependency audit
  • Community (15%): Twitter/Telegram organic growth rate, Nansen wallet diversification, sentiment analysis, bot-adjusted follower quality
  • Traction (15%): Testnet user count, partnership quality score, media coverage sentiment, whitelist demand-to-supply ratio

§ 04.2
IDO Protocol

The IDO lifecycle proceeds through four on-chain states:

1. Application → Review (7 days)

Project submits application with a 0.1 BNB refundable deposit. AI engine scores the project within 72 hours. Score and all signals are published on-chain. DAO vote can override AI decision (requires 10% quorum, 66% majority).

2. Registration (5–14 days pre-IDO)

Whitelisting opens. Tier requirements verified on-chain. Bronze/Silver enter weighted lottery pool. Gold/Diamond receive guaranteed allocation notice.

3. Active Funding Window (24–72 hours)

Smart contract accepts USDT/BUSD contributions. Hard cap enforced at contract level—no admin override possible. Progress visible in real-time via on-chain events.

4. Distribution & Vesting

At IDO close, TGE tokens distributed immediately. Remaining tokens locked in vesting vault per the project's declared schedule. Cliff and linear unlock governed by immutable contract parameters.

All contracts are deployed on BNB Chain and verified on BscScan. Upgradeable contracts use OpenZeppelin's transparent proxy pattern with a 48-hour timelock on all parameter changes.

Token Utility

MYN is a utility token with four primary use cases within the MynForge ecosystem:

  • Staking for Tier Access: Lock MYN to reach Bronze/Silver/Gold/Diamond tiers and unlock guaranteed IDO allocations
  • Governance Voting: 1 MYN = 1 vote on DAO proposals (listing overrides, fee parameters, protocol upgrades)
  • Protocol Fee Discount: MYN stakers receive up to 50% discount on participation fees across the platform
  • Revenue Share: Diamond tier stakers receive 10% of all protocol fees distributed monthly in BUSD

MYN has no inflation mechanism. All staking rewards are funded from the Ecosystem & Rewards allocation (30% of supply, 36-month linear unlock).

APR figures represent the maximum achievable at the 365-day lock period. Staking APR is paid from the Ecosystem Reserve at a fixed emission schedule. Early unstaking incurs a 10% penalty on the principal, which is burned.

MynForge is governed by MYN token holders through an on-chain DAO. The governance system uses Compound's Governor Bravo standard with the following parameters:
